Sausages
Here at Browns we take great pride in our sausages and use prime cuts of meat from our own animals, to ensure that they are some of the best that you will find. Our list of varieties is constantly growing as we add new flavours either from our own imagination, or from customers’ suggestions. They range from our traditional Old English Pork to the exotic Moroccan Lamb, and include several gluten free recipes. Every Wednesday morning we make five or six varieties, including Old English and at least one gluten free flavour, with other varieties available in the freezer.
Burgers
As with our sausages our burgers are handmade by ourselves to our own recipes. We do a variety of flavours, from plain beef burgers to the luxurious venison and redcurrant burger.
